Policies

  • Domestic (within India) Shipping: Our garments will be shipped within 2-4 days from the date of order confirmation. Our custom-made garments (garments that fall out of our mentioned SIZE CHART) are dispatched within 12-15 working days excluding public holidays and Sundays. Regular email updates will be provided to keep you informed about your order status. If your parcel indicates 'delivered' but hasn't reached you, please notify us within 24 hours. Beyond this timeframe, we are unable to address the issue with our courier partners.
  • Refund Policy: We strictly adhere to a no-refund policy. However, we offer alternatives such as size exchange and return for store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns and Exchanges: Promptly inform us if your delivered parcel hasn't reached you within 24 hours as we won't be able to address the issue afterward. Quaint Hues reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our specified return/exchange requirements.
  • Size Correction Policy: We do not offer refunds but provide a size correction policy. If the garment doesn't fit according to your provided measurements, we arrange a pickup, make necessary corrections, and send it back. Our team will confirm upon receiving the unused product with the original tags. Unsaleable products will be returned to the customer. Please note this process may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Inspection and Defective Items: Inspect your order upon reception and promptly contact us with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and in the case of a defect, arrange for the product to be collected. For faulty items, we can only replace them with the same product.
